Privacy policy
This policy explains what information arises when someone views the STOPATENTOV website or sends the enquiry form, who handles it, and how its use is limited.
Who this policy covers
The website is operated by individual entrepreneur Tatyana Vladimirovna Pimenova, tax number (INN) 253606308357, registration number (OGRNIP) 319253600012872, address: Kamskaya st., 5. Questions about confidentiality go to 100patentov@gmail.com. The telephone number is published on the website.
Viewing pages
When a page is opened, the server may keep a technical record of the request: IP address, time, page address and browser details. The record is used to run the website and to investigate faults. The website does not set advertising cookies or audience counters.
Enquiry form
The visitor enters a name, email address, service of interest and a description of the task. The submission also records the consent mark, date, time and page language. A hidden field exists only for automated programs and is not meant to be filled in by a person. The first message should not include an invention description, a trade secret or another person's personal data. The processing policy explains retention and how to withdraw consent.
Where the information is handled
Pages are served from an OVH server in Singapore. The enquiry is sent through Google's mail service and delivered to 100patentov@gmail.com. Technical records and the text of the enquiry may therefore be processed outside Russia. The website does not pass this information to any other recipient abroad.
What the website does not do
The form does not subscribe the visitor to a mailing list and does not ask for consent to advertising. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract for services: the scope and fees are agreed separately after a reply. The website introduces areas of work and does not replace a review of particular documents. Trademark details in the portfolio are kept in their original form and do not confirm that protection is in force today.
