Personal data processing policy

This policy sets out how individual entrepreneur Tatyana Vladimirovna Pimenova processes personal data that a visitor submits through the STOPATENTOV enquiry form in order to receive a reply.

Controller

The personal-data controller is individual entrepreneur Tatyana Vladimirovna Pimenova, tax number (INN) 253606308357, registration number (OGRNIP) 319253600012872, address: Kamskaya st., 5. Requests from the data subject are sent to 100patentov@gmail.com. The telephone number is published on the website.

Data and purposes

The form processes a name, email address, selected service and the text of the enquiry. It also stores the consent mark, the date and time of submission, the page language and the text version draft-2026-10-25-ip-1. These details are used to understand the task, reply to the visitor and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal for the work. The form does not ask for a passport, social-security number, home address, payment data or consent to advertising. Short-lived technical keys derived from the IP address and email address may be used to limit repeated submissions.

Operations

The controller collects, records, stores, updates, uses and deletes this information. The enquiry message is passed to Google's mail service for delivery to 100patentov@gmail.com. The website is hosted by OVH in Singapore. The form data is not used for advertising mailings. Information is given to a public authority only where the law provides a ground and a procedure.

Retention, rights and withdrawal

An enquiry is kept while a reply and any follow-up are prepared, and for no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or by a separate contract. Sending the form does not create that contract. Consent may be withdrawn by writing to 100patentov@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it was received. The same message may ask for the data to be corrected, blocked or deleted. A reply is sent to the address given in the enquiry unless the law requires otherwise.
